Turnover box washing machine working principle:
Turnover box or iron plate goes through the conveyor belt into the machine, in the first period of cleaning, with 38℃~45℃(temperature adjustable) temperature of hot water through the health level of circulating water pump to the stereo set spray pipe,again through the detachable 72 spray nozzles to vertical box body wash clean, clean water can be discharged into the sewage pipe network or recycled after filtering. In the second period cleaning, with 75℃~82℃ (temperature adjustable) temperature of hot water through the health level of circulating water pump to the stereo set spray pipe, through fixed 56 spray heads to vertical box body wash clean,clean water after filtering flow into the circulation water tank to recycle. In the third paragraph rinse,reoccupy clear water is rinsed spray nozzle(10pcs) around the enclosure or iron plate, after spray water into the second period of circulation tank using agin.
