II.Equipment specification:

The buried type sewage treatment equipment is designed for domestic sewage and A similar industrial organic wastewater such as slaughtering wastewater.The treatment technology is used the most advanced AO biochemical treatment process in China,suitable for food,slaughtering, vinification,printing and the organic industrial wastewater treatment that similar to domestic wastewater.

III.The equipment usage:

1.Equipment is generally buried underground ,the upper part can be used for green areas, parking lots, roads, etc.

2.The device may also be Semiburied, buried depth can be determined as needed.

3.Equipment can also be placed on the indoor ground

4.If the device in cold areas, can be designed to buried below the frozen ground, only checkpoints height higher 20-30 cm above the ground。

5.Equipment can not be arranged as standard arrangement, with the terrain needs to be laid.

IV. working principle

Buried sewage treatment equipment to remove organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen depends on the device A0 biological treatment process.The working principle is: Due to the high concentration of organic wastewater, microorganisms in a hypoxic state, this time for the microbes is aerobic-anaerobic microbe, they will transform wastewater organic nitrogen into NH3-H, but also using of part of the organic carbon and NH3-N synthesis of new cells substance. So Class A pool not only has organic matter removal function, reduce the subsequent aerobic pool organic load, to facilitate the conducting nitrification, but also rely on a high concentration of organic matter present in the raw water, complete the denitrification; the eventual elimination of nitrogen eutrophication of pollution. In the O-level, since the concentration of organic matter have been reduced substantially, but there is still a certain amount of organic matter and high NH3-N exists. In order to further oxidation and decomposition of organic matter, while the ultra-carbonation at the completion of nitrification can proceed smoothly, set a lower organic loading aerobic biological contact oxidation pond at O level. In O pool mainly exist aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrobacterium). Which aerobic microorganisms to decompose organic matter into co2 and H2o; autotrophic bacteria (Nitrobacteria) use the inorganic carbon decomposed by organic matter or co2 existed in the air as nutrient source, sewage NH3-N is converted to N02-N, N03 -N, 0 the pool water back to the pool A, pool A for the electronic acceptor through the denitrification eventually eliminate nitrogen pollution.
