Working principal
The transfer pump convey the need treated feed material to round type mesh screen, filtering out the liquid from mesh screen by spiral squeeze, flow into equalize tank directly from below water outlet, the solids residue squeeze out from another outlet, according to the treated raw material storage time,solid content,vicidity etc ,its working efficiency will be lower or higher accordingly.

Adopt special pump and special gear case drive, inside mesh screen and flood dragon adopt stainless steel and full alloy made, whole body superior carbon steel casting, reduce liquid corrode equipment, prolong service life. It can equip withrotate wheel, move installation more convenient, simple operate, high efficiency, after treatment by solid liquid separator , the solid organic water content about 30%-60%.
