Dissolved air flotation machine is a solid-liquid separation equipment which is commonly used in wastewater treatment industry,can effectively remove suspended solids, oil and plastic substances in sewage. It is the main pre-treatment equipment.
Working Principle:
1.Steady flow chambers: the raw water, with a high velocity, the raw water goes through the flaps of the reaction, if the raw water directly contact with dissolved air wate, it will dissipate tiny bubbles, affecting adhesion floc effect, thus reducing the efficiency of the flotation process; if the increase in the steady flow chamber to consume the turbulent kinetic energy of the raw water, making it evenly inflow into the release of dissolved air water chamber, which will effectively guarantee removal result.
2.The release of dissolved air chamber: release of dissolved air chamber and the separation chamber in one tank. Middle separated,
after the completion of dissolved air water and flocculation, the raw water in this adhesion, rose slowly into the flotation separation chamber to ensure the contact space and time of flocs and fine bubbles, thus it make the release rate of dissolved air water release achive of 80-100 %.
3.Dissolved Air System: For flotation devices, flotation system is like the "heart" of a flotation device,which is the most important part of the flotation device, at this stage, air and water together with the suction at the pump inlet, mixing into the dissolved air water after shearing and pressurizing, air and liquid be mixed well and reached saturation, the largest air content is 10% in the entire dissolved air system, and the air solubility is 100%, so that the air bubbles dispersed uniformly when the gas dispersion, the average bubble diameter of less than 30um. The dissolved air flotation system is an innovation of traditional machines, improved flotation separation efficiency, greatly reduce the cost of equipment production and operating.
4.Operation mode and speed of the scraping residue machine directly affect the flotation effluent quality and sludge containing solid rate. The system uses rotary scraping residue machine, can be linked into the scum trough continuously and uniformly, reducing the scum collision. In addition, height-adjustable scraper can better adapt to a variety of operating conditions, one high degree of automation of sewage treatment equipment, reduce the water content of the sludge.
5.The control system uses PLC control, safe, reliable, easy to operate, in order to ensure the effective long-term operation of the equipment.
Application scope:
In the field of sewage treatment, the dissolved air flotation machine is mainly used in the following areas,
1. To isolate the micro polymer like tiny suspended solids and algae in surface water.
2. Recycling the organic matter in the industrial waste, such as the pulp of the papermaking wastewater.
3.Used in industrial waste water treatment works. Such as petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, leather, food and other industries.
